Returns

We want our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online at madebylyn. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows:

  • If you feel the item received is not as advertised, please contact madebylynau@gmail.com. 

  • If you have received a broken, damaged or faulty item, please contact us at madebylynau@gmail.com and we will issue instructions for its return.

  • Any returned item must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging, and all tags intact. Please use express post when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us. Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty. Refunds are only processed once the original item has been returned to us, as requested by madebylyn.
