Shipping policy

Shipping:

• Orders will be shipped within Australia via Express Post (Australia Post) at a cost of $16.  For orders over $200, shipping is free.

• Orders outside of Australia will be shipped by International Post Express (Australia Post) at a cost of $55.00 AUD. Please be aware that some countries will charge an additional tax on imported items before the item is delivered.  This tax is the responsibility of the person who purchased the goods, not madebylyn

• Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be processed after it is placed. Once processed, a tracking number will be provided via email, to enable you to track your parcel’s progress.  At madebylyn, our goal is to offer prompt and efficient shipping of your items, no matter where you live. We'll try our very best to have your items to you as soon as possible.

Extra Cover:

Australia Post covers items for loss or damage to the value of $100 AUD.  Extra cover can be provided (at your cost) to the value of $5000 AUD for items within Australia or internationally.  If you would like extra cover, please email Lyn at madebylynau@gmail.com.  This cover will be invoiced separately.
